As a Hiring + Recruiting Manager at Raptbot Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, crafting effective hiring strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet the company's hiring needs.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

• Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with our company culture and values.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

• Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruitment processes.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

• Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role in the IT industry.

• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in the use of recruitment software and databases.

• Adept at managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Salesforce Consultant/Lead Developer

Raptbot Technologies Private Limited is a 6 years old startup. We are looking to expand more and we are looking for a full-time Salesforce Consultant/Lead Developer for USA based client.

Key Benefits:

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience leading implementations of enterprise-class systems

• 2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce technologies Like APEX, Triggers, and LWC.

• Hands-on Config, process builders, flows, and validation rules

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce.com Admin and Developer Certification.

• Good communication.

• Experience at other certified Salesforce.com consulting firms.

• Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions.

• Saleforce.com Consultant Certification.

• Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certification.

• Good understanding of the capabilities of APEX, Visualforce, and LWC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand clients' business processes and translate them into concise requirements abstract upwards from low-level information to a basic understanding of the client's established project goals.

• Deep understanding of the various components of Salesforce objects, relationships to each other, and how to best align to customer requirements.

• Providing best-practice knowledge on business processes and Salesforce configuration expertise.

• Exceptional application configuration and documentation of application and how fits client's goals and requirements.

• Outstanding analytical skills to assist in research and problem solving of client business needs.

• Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, and increase adoption and engagement with the Salesforce application.

• Ownership of the project deadlines and management of meeting the specified timelines provided by the project manager.

• Developing and updating training materials and communication updates for customer projects.

• Being an expert in curriculum development considering change management needs of the clients.
